Research Help[edit]

I'm trying to validate all the claims on this page, but there seems to be a plethora of gossip or agenda sites that make claims but don't substantiate with facts (a few blogs, Sarawak Report, etc.). I'm familiar with Malaysiakini and The Malaysian Insider, but does anyone else know where some factual info may reside that I could use to peruse their archives?--AhmedFaizP (talk) 18:22, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@AhmedFaizP: Thank you for your interest in researching Tun Ahmad Zaidi. However, since Malaysiakini was founded in November 1999 and The Malaysian Insider was founded in 2008, there may not be much news about him because he passed away in the year 2000. You may try the Google newspaper archives for more information about him in the 80s and 90s and also the book Tun Ahmad Zaidi: Son of Sarawak. Thank you and happy editing on Wikipedia! Puffery and Conjecture[edit]

In my quest for citations I noticed the language is too favorable and too opinionated. I will clean up the excessive language in my article improvement quest.--AhmedFaizP (talk) 15:06, 21 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks @AhmedFaizP:, Wikipedia needs more editors like you. Cerevisae (talk) 14:01, 22 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome Cerevisae, I will try to get the facts first before I augment or remove it, to be fair.--AhmedFaizP (talk) 20:30, 22 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
