ultra-rapid court cases[edit]

@Victorgrigas: I'm assuming that you can read Russian. In the ultra-speedy nature of Belarusian court cases, do the sources say if these are for administrative code trials, criminal trials, or both? This should be clarified. I shifted your new paragraph to its own section, since it's better to have a short summary for the WP:LEAD, generally a lot shorter than the content itself.
