--216.96.55.8 19:12, 4 July 2006 (UTC) By way of introduction my name is Nick Arivett.I am a pipefitter.For over fifteen years I have been tormented by someone using the decible level of 1db-8db.I can hear them and they communicte with me in a whisper.As you can imagine this is a terroristic experience,because I dont know who this is.Now that I have learned a little more about sound,I intend to put an end to this legaly and would like to see some FCC action as well.[reply]
Can you assist me with the apropriate info as to where to purchase the equipment to detect the location of these individuals.If not how bout somone whom I can hire to do so.At the motels I stay at nationwide while on the road,It happens nearly every time and I have finally had enough.
