  • Corrected grammar errors.
  • Did not change the verb tenses, but I would recommend changing them.
  • Wikilinked DPS

Suggestions:

  • Use present tense when describing general behaviors instead of future tense.
  • In Spawning subsection, the word ‘level’ in the first sentence is ambiguous. I would change it to ‘temperature.’
  • The content in “Effects of hypoxia” part is unclear. More explanation on how hypoxia can lead to either higher or lower water temperature is necessary.
  • The word “their” in the following sentence in Susceptibility to Anthropogenic Disturbances part is ambiguous: This is due to their (ambiguous) ability to live for an extremely long time (various sub-species can have a lifespan ranging from ten years to sixty years).

Good job overall! Allasse0927 (talk) 06:50, 1 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I made a few grammatical corrections. In the behavior section, you refer to this species as sturgeon. I feel that when referring to the fish, you should use the species name because this behavior may not apply to all sturgeon. Is plural for sturgeon sturgeons? The focus of this seems to be more on sturgeon than on Acipenser oxyrinchus. For the last sentence of the migration section, instead of just listing the results, try to explain what the results mean. Overall I thought that this was a good article and had a lot of detail and specific values. Just a few typos. This article also seems to be more about sturgeon instead of the specific species. This problem is made worse in that you refer to your species by the name sturgeon throughout your entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Batoburen (talkcontribs) 01:58, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
