Not NPoV[edit]

This is definitely not NPoV. As an indication, the article starts with the defining phrase "Achilleas is one of the most successful and prominent basketball clubs in Cyprus", which is extremely biased. I'm attempting to make this somewhat more neutral --dionyziz 11:50, 19 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

NPOV is not an issue here, as the author states Achilleas is one of the most successful... I don't think anyone would argue that a team with the 3rd largest tally in trophies is not one of the most successful. So the author is stating a fact, not a POV. Similar statements can be found in the introductions to Manchester United F.C. Arsenal F.C. and so on.StephP 13:24, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

COI[edit]

The special-purpose IP 173.32.33.74 (contributions) single-handedly added a laudatory paragraph about the contributions of "Native American players from the United States and members of the Native American National Team", particularly Spider Ledesma. Later, User:ALifeOfVictory turned up to tweak this. User:ALifeOfVictory says he's Spider Ledesma. It's odd that so much about US players in one short period came from one special-purpose IP and also that this material is so similar to that in the autobiographical article on Ledesma; I think we're looking at some sort of COI at work here. -- Hoary (talk) 11:50, 14 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
