The site is that of the Government. And the language is typical copyvio language. Add that the article is wholly unsourced (what do we think the creator based it on? -- it could be deleted in any event as challenged and failing wp:v), and I think it is not controversial that this is a copyvio.--Epeefleche (talk) 00:10, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
