I'd question the use of the phrase "pro-choice" in this article. While the morality of abortion was certainly debated, the concept and phrase of "pro-choice" is relatively modern and seems odd in this context. Perhaps it could be rewritten "While it is unlikely Stowe intended to take a position in favour of a woman's right to choose" or something similar Rmcubed 02:19, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
