I note the last MP for Aberdeen Burghs became the first for Montrose Burghs. The latter constituency, rather than Aberdeen, seems to have been much more of a continuation of Aberdeen Burgh. Laurel Bush 10:24, 17 July 2007 (UTC).[reply]
