Fair use rationale for Image:Moveable feast.jpg

Image:Moveable feast.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. This article needs serious help. The vast majority of it is descriptions of some scholars' beefs with the book. The book is an excellent read, and many of Hemingway's characterizations of people are confirmed by other sources. Unnecessary/niche headings

This article is a mess...

Why are the content pages named so strangely? "Commentary on editing" and "Implications of sexual identity and androgyny"? Those aren't the first things anyone wants to know when looking up a book. It seems like issues that simply interested the writers of the article.

Where are the default content categories either? Where are "Synopsis," "Literary Analysis," "Reception," "Influence," "Publication History" or the rest of the standard book information?

Revised / Restored Edition(s)

The wiki makes mention of the restored edition being published in 2009. But I found the description for the 1996 edition to include reference to the restored text with an introduction by Seán Hemingway. Has there been any verficiation about publication history and edition dates? Also, I found editions from 1964 from 2 different publishers on AbeBooks. Who was the original publisher?
