Made a small grammar correction, where "fairies" needing to turn into "fairy". Suggestions for the page's improvement would be to consider the importance of the description and picture of the lizard, and the character description of the wand. The lizard description and picture do not tie into the story as much as the other characters; the picture is of a real world lizard. As well, although there are not many characters available for discussion, a wand may not be suitable to be described as a character. Kaylees1 (talk) 00:45, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I recommend using peer-reviewed sources, like the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, to support this article. The article also needs in-text MLA citations using Wikipedia's ref + Reflist system to show where in the article you have drawn on your sources. Where, for example, did you find out that Ingelow influenced Carroll and MacDonald? Neither of your sources mention these two men. SeMelmoth (talk) 17:30, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
