What should I do?
Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.
If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
Hadrian's Wall was certainly overrun in 383, but it is known that the Emperor Maximus returned to Britain in 384 and established a very strong reputation (so strong it is still current) for having restored the Diocese. I'm not aware of any clear evidence that Hadrian's wall fell into ruin at this stage. Similarly, there were in 383 Irish invasions of the area known in modern times as Wales, but I'm not aware of evidence that Roman troops entirely withdrew and that Maximus was unsuccessful in remedying the situation. If the text is to remain like this, it needs to be much better supported. User:Deipnosophista
