Performance Comparison[edit]

Can anyone find sources to the claim that this round is more powerful than 9x19 Parabellum? To my knowledge the bullet being "heavier" would be related to the projectile itself instead of the cartridge, and the stats for the Parrabellum wikipedia page show it carrying 200 more joules on impact.
