Julius Caesar assassinated March 15, 44 BC[edit]

Not a leap year[edit]
The new calendar began in 45 BC, the previous year. 45 BC might have been a leap year or the First year of a new cycle. The leap year error comes from counting the previous leap year as the first of the next cycle which either way makes the first leap year 42 BC.
