GA Review[edit]

This review is transcluded from Talk:2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (United States)/GA1. The edit link for this section can be used to add comments to the review.

Another nice military unit article, though I did find a couple issues:

  • "On February 13, 1985, the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) was reactivated at Fort Drum, New York." If it was reactivated, then I'd like to see some info added of its previous existence added. Or maybe that's just supposed to say activated.
    • I'm currently debating this issue with another user regarding these pages; his concern is that information like this, not directly related to the brigade, is extraneous and irrelavent. For the sake of simplicity, I will just change it to "activated." —Ed!(talk) 21:47, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • The format of Ref #11 is confusing. Wouldn't David Hackworth be the author and military.com be the publisher?
    • Hackworth wrote that column for his own website and it was republished at military.com, among several other similar websites, so I just said he was the publisher AND the author. —Ed!(talk) 21:47, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Add publication dates (i.e. November 10, 1999 for CBS) and authors where applicable.

I'll put the article on hold and pass upon completion of this. Wizardman 15:55, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Responded to all of your concerns. Thanks again for reviewing my article! —Ed!(talk) 21:47, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, everything looks good, so I'll pass the article. Wizardman 12:21, 24 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

out of date[edit]

the last combat entry was "before 2009". since 2009 the unit has gone on an SFAT combat tour to paktika province afghanistan mostly occupying fob sharona, and in 2009 to fob hammer iraq, and the surrounding OE( Operational Enviroment). Phillip.a.ludlow (talk) 06:50, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
