Direction[edit]

What was the direction of the landslide? E-NW or NW-E 142.120.100.241 (talk) 22:28, 4 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Mainly North to South. The flow off parts are marked as cliffs on the northern parts of the outline

AW101[edit]

Can anyone explain why AW101/SAR Queen is red marked? --Znuddel (talk) 14:38, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Znuddel: Good catch, was a simple typo ("AUgustaWestland AW101" instead of "AgustaWestland AW101") that resulted in a redlink. --LordPeterII (talk) 19:44, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

November digging[edit]

Currently the page wrongly states: In November 2020, construction, including digging and involving heavy machinery, took place at the bottom of the area the landslide of (December) 2020.[1]

The golf club built a hiking path at least 150 m apart of the later slide border. It was even wider apart from the epicenter of the slide. The new path is not "at the bottom". It is westwards and divided from the slide by two small ridges and a stream between them. You can say that the digging was two mountains away from the slide. Seems that Nettavisen sought a big headline. Only truth in their article is "Expert: - Too early to say if it mattered" Click the links above to see the locations. That is just sketchy sensationalist media trying to get a headline. Agree. — Preceding unsigned comment added by VikingDrummer (talkcontribs) 19:51, 30 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
