I cant believe that line that saids that this was the strongest earthquake to shake Costa Rica in 150 years. What about the one in Limon in 1990 or 1991. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.237.13.145 (talk) 04:37, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I checked again[edit]

The Limon earthquake was 7.7.

Quote: On April 22, 1991, a large earthquake (Mw = 7.7) occurred along the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica and western Panama. The rupture area of the fault mapped from the aftershocks is 45×85 km2.

I also remember a few years back sleeping through a 6.4 magnitude quake that came out of Golfito. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.237.13.145 (talk) 04:44, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just updated the death toll, maybe someone can change the date to English, because im a little bit busy trying to update other articles in the Spanish Wikipedia. XD. By the way, Can someone change the year from 2008 to 2009?? 2008 is over...LOL --Vrysxy ¡Californication! 21:55, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What is the exact number of people sent for SAR work by Red Cross? Surely the Red Cross sending 1 personnel as displayed in aftermath section is incorrect! Just 1 is impossible! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.244.143.68 (talk) 06:13, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
