Varitek v. Schalk[edit]

On MLB.com, it says "Varitek simply pumped his fist in the air and rushed out to congratulate his pitcher after not allowing a hit, something the Red Sox's captain has done that more than any catcher in Major League history." I would think that this is enough to justify re-writing the statement about Lester's no-hitter to indicate that Varitek did, indeed, set an MLB record, rather than merely tie one. (I didn't remove Schalk entirely, but, given the change in rules, you can't even argue that he broke Schalk's record, since there are ~12 catchers who've caught three no-nos).
