This article as noted by the flags on the article page indicate it is outdated, and so forth. I've also found the article is being used by Nigerian Advance Fee scam emailers to try to use the article to support their claim for need, etc., in spreading their false claims and are therefore using the article for the purpose of defrauding individuals by using this article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.57.84.205 (talk) 23:33, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
