Record offense[edit]

You know the cliche. The game wasn't nearly as close as the scoreboard indicated. Ohio State had 600 yards of offense, a Fiesta Bowl record. They commited unforced errors and settled for field goals. It is hard to keep focus when playing a team that bad.
