Hakkinen should show 0 laps[edit]

www.formula1.com, FORIX and Autocourse all credit Häkkinen with 1 lap, so I think that's what he have to go with. Also note that the start line and the timing line aren't always in the same place, so even if he stopped short of the start line, he may have crossed the timing line.
