ResolvedHi,couple of dates to add:
Professional Players Tournament 11-22 October 1982 (Source: The Times)
The televised stage of the World Doubles (the last 8 pairs) was on 16-19 December 1982. The venue for the first running of this in London proved unsuitable, affected by such things as intrusive noises coming from without during play (that was even noticeable on telly),etc. The switch the following year to the Derngate Centre in Northampton was by contrast considered a success. ~Ralph — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.41.183.168 (talk) 10:28, 9 June 2013 (UTC)
