Liberal swing - note about combined parties[edit]

Maybe there should be a note (in the infobox) that the swing for the Liberals is calculated based on the 1922 results for the Liberals and the National Liberals combined. 88.108.49.117 (talk) 19:30, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

umm[edit]

In the results table, it has Labour in bold but looks like Conservative was the one who won. Shouldn't Conservative be in bold, not Labour? 2603:6011:9600:52C0:1513:7942:1670:1E56 (talk) 07:34, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Errors and omissions[edit]

Why are the Ulster Unionists omitted from the results table, despite winning 11 seats? I'm also noticing anomalies in JMPhillips92's map. Seats won by the UUP are shown in lilac on the map itself, but this is not the colour that appears in the legend. Zacwill (talk) 16:40, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

(As an aside, can I say that I hate the practice of putting legends in file descriptions instead of in the files themselves? The effect of this is that when images get shared outside Wikipedia, as they inevitably do, much-needed context is lost.) Zacwill (talk) 16:59, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The UUP was part of the Conservative Party in this period and is included in its total. There used to be a note to that effect which seems to have been removed over the years. Warofdreams talk 23:29, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
