according to R&P & france-politique they might be ralliés? Droite républicaine had roughly 30 MPs and Boulangists+Monarchists had 75 MPs according to that source
hard to tell if the Republicans=Liberal Republicans=Right Republicans if there is a 20 seat difference (566 to 581)

Re your last point, that source splits it into registered ('inscrits') 10,538,021 and voters ('votants') 7,507,565, which is broadly in line with the Nohlen book, but again, different... Number57 22:01, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
