Krajina stuff[edit]

Is this part referenced anywhere? How was the new unit a successor to the old one, what properties did they share? --Joy [shallot] (talk) 13:48, 21 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • In Yugoslav Air Force unit's were were successors of disbanded units when they get it's number. In fact there are very few references about Krajina Air Force it self, the 105th Aviation Brigade is founded in several RSK documents and only that it's clearly known is who was it's commander and which aircraft were flown, but The last operational base of 105th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment was Udbine (withdrawn to Golubovci was due the YPA withdrawn from Croatia and for the disbanding of regiment), and the 105th Aviation Brigade was reestablished at Udbian airfield. So you're saying it only shared a base and the number? The planes were or weren't the same, I didn't understand? (In other words, did those old planes move from Golubovci back to Udbina?)
Do we have precedent for keeping such two reasonably distinct units in the same article? --Joy [shallot] (talk) 06:52, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Given no answer, I've split the articles to avoid WP:SYNTH. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 07:33, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
