Serre-les-Sapins (French pronunciation: [sɛʁ le sapɛ̃]) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.

The commune lies 8 km (5.0 mi) west of Besançon in the greater metropolitan area.
