The 2024 SGB Premiership is the 89th season of the top tier of British speedway and the 7th known as the SGB Premiership.[1] The league is sponsored by ROWE Motor Oil.
The defending champions are Sheffield Tigers and Ipswich Witches are the defending Knockout Cup champions.
Summary[edit]
The league consists of seven teams despite the loss of Peterborough Panthers[2] and Wolverhampton Wolves.[3] They were replaced by Birmingham Brummies, who joined from the Championship (tier 2),[4] as did the Oxford Spires (a third and new team from the Oxford Cheetahs promotion).
