Pangdonglai (Simplified Chinese: 胖东来, Traditional Chinese: 胖東來)[1] is a retail corporation that operates a chain of malls and grocery stores headquartered in Xuchang, Henan, China, founded in March 1995 by Yu Donglai. The company is known for being the first in mainland China to achieve work-life balance for its employees.[2][3][4]
