Now Guran

Now Guran (Persian: نوگوران, also Romanized as Now Gūrān)^[3] was a village in Khorram Rud Rural District of the Central District of Lenjan County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,196 in 837 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,213 people in 925 households.^[2]

In June 2012, the villages of Bagh Shah, Madiseh and Now Guran were merged to establish the city of Baghshad.^[5]

Language[edit]

It is a Farsi speaking village.^[6]
