Nashville Township is located in Washington County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 3,676 and it contained 1,627 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 34.78 square miles (90.1 km2), of which 34.72 square miles (89.9 km2) (or 99.83%) is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) (or 0.17%) is water.[2]
