Manzar (Persian: منظر, also Romanized as Manz̧ar)[3] is a village in Bala Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,120 in 614 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,519 people in 828 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,111 people in 952 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
