This is a listing of largest video game publishers and developers by number of employees. Microsoft Gaming is the largest video game employer in the industry followed by Ubisoft, and Embracer Group

Among the top 41 largest video game employers, ten are based in the United States, eight in Japan, five in China, three in France, South Korea, and Sweden respectively, two in Poland and the United Kingdom, and one each in Denmark, Canada, Singapore, Ireland and Israel.
