After making all these files I consulted further with Sibelius reference and discovered that each value is worth not 3 cents but 1/32 of a semitone or 3.125 cents. Perhaps the above website will be useful. Hyacinth (talk) 01:19, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
I believe the resolution on the midi pitch bend may be set to adjust 1/128 of a semitone or 1.28 cents! Hyacinth (talk) 04:51, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
"Test your midi pitchbend range", LucyTuning website uses midi pitch bend at increments of 1/4096 of a semitone or 0.0244140625 cents. Hyacinth (talk) 06:54, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
