Summary

Description
English: Shown here inflated to a diameter of 89 mm (3 ½ in), wider than a human rectum (which ranges from 45 to 75 mm and is, on the average, 57 mm) this is an inflatable enema nozzle, a device which allows administration of an enema that could not otherwise be retained. Upon inserting into the rectum, this device is inflated to a size than can not be expelled. Such devices are employed either for pleasure (Klismaphilia) or as part of BDSM activities.
