Ezekiel Nibigira is a Burundian politician.[1] [2][3]He is the current Minister of East African Community Affairs, Youth, Sports and Culture[4] in Burundi, having been appointed to the position in 2020 by the current president of Burundi, Évariste Ndayishimiye. His term began on 28 June 2020.[1][3]
