Updated User Page to add disclosure.[edit]

I added the disclosure to my personal page. I worked hard to locate multiple, independent resources outside of our own network. We are happy to have additional contributors or make updates if you feel we did not maintain neutrality. StriveTogether is notable in it's work, so we did provide multiple resources.
