Twigby Mobile is a prepaid cell phone service owned and operated by STX Group, LLC. This American mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) uses Verizon wireless networks to offer talk, text, and data services to their customers. The company is based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.[1]

Twigby offers no long-term contracts or activation fees. The company is online only and does not have any physical store locations.

History[edit]

The company was launched in 2016 and was originally on the Sprint network[2]. Twigby transitioned to the Verizon network in 2021 after the T-Mobile and Sprint merger.[3][4]

Twigby is a subsidiary of STX Group, LLC which is a privately held diverse Telecommunications company in America.[5]

Products[edit]

Twigby offers several plan options starting at no data up to 20GB of data per month.[6] Customers can buy a SIM Card and use with a phone they already have or they can buy a phone from their website. Their phone selection includes low-cost options as well as newer devices on the market. Twigby sells both Android and iPhones.[7][8]

The company is partnered with an authorized retailer, NewPhoneMall, that provides a larger selection of phones for sale than what is on Twigby’s website.[9]

Twigby offers mobile hotspot on all plans as well as free unlimited global text and unlimited talk to 80+ countries.[10][11]
