CompanyHouse AG is a company that created, develops and maintains CompanyHouse.de web portal. CompanyHouse is a platform specializing in company and commercial registers that works via a website. It was launched in 2015 by Michael Schuler. CompanyHouse allows you to search for companies and their management information. It is primarily aimed at German companies. With over 8.5 million companies and executives, CompanyHouse is a source for up-to-date corporate and business information. It links data from public sources about companies, people and markets and thus supports small and micro-enterprises in establishing and expanding their business relationships.

CompanyHouse AG was founded in 2015 by Michael Schuler in Rotkreuz Switzerland. Initially it was part of the Moneyhouse brand and delivered the Moneyhouse.de website. After the rebranding in 2019, the web portal was renamed companyhouse.de. In 2018, CompanyHouse opened an office in Poznań where software developers work to develop and maintain the website. Some specialists who are responsible for customer service also work there.

CompanyHouse provides current information about companies registered in Germany. With the help of our own database that contains over 8.5 million profiles of companies and people (as of April 2024), the following topics, among others, are processed:

- History (changes in name, headquarters, management)
- Credit ratings (creditworthiness)
- Financial data (balance sheet)
- Business information
