Introduction[edit]

Arihant Academy is a renowned coaching class in Mumbai with over 20 branches across Dadar-Vasai in Mumbai. Arihant Academy came into being 25 years ago with a small batch of 80 students in 1998. Currently, it is offering coaching for the SSC, ICSE, CBSE, Science and Commerce sections. The coaching class offers coaching to students starting from Std. VIII to coaching students for professional courses like JEE and NEET. Arihant Academy came into limelight after being listed with the National Stock Exchange and becoming a Public Listed Company. It ended up being oversubscribed by 235.82x. It was recognized as the Emerging Public Listed Education Entity by Mid-day.

History[edit]

Founded in 1998 by the visionary leaders Anil Kapasi and Umesh Pangam, Arihant Academy initiated its educational services. The first success came home when the admissions surpassed 1000 students in 2001. Owing to continued success, Arihant Academy expanded in 2004, launching five new branches. In 2011, upon huge demand, Science and Commerce coaching was introduced. By 2017, Arihant Academy had played the role of shaping the futures of over 1 lakh students. When the whole world shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Arihant Academy was among the first few coaching classes to introduce online classes. It also launched the Arihant Edge App during this time providing students with an entire study library in their mobile screens. After being recognized with the National Stock Exchange, Arihant Academy further expanded to four new branches in 2023. Responding to educational needs, coaching for the CBSE curriculum was introduced in the same year.
