AIIR Consulting was founded in 2009 by Jonathan Kirschner[3] who also serves as the CEO of the company.[4][5] Various national and international institutes and companies have accessed services of the company for the advancements in leadership skills.[6] The company has offices in New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco.[7]
In 2019, AIIR started The Elevate Project which aimed at connecting the company's coaches with veteran organizations to amplify positive impact efforts.[8][9] Members of the firm have been frequently quoted in various publications.[10][11][12][13] AIIR Consulting launched Aiiron, an artificial intelligence (AI) coaching assistant that increased the impact of its coaching, aiding leaders in achieving their development goals by utilizing AI and behavioral psychology principles to support them between coaching sessions.[14][15]
