 [fr; ja] is a Chinese character. It is one of the Kyōiku kanji or Kanji taught in elementary school in Japan.[1]

It is used in the name of secular Confucianism (Chinese: 儒家; pinyin: Rújiā) contrasting with Religious Confucianism which uses  [fr; ja] (Chinese: 儒教; pinyin: Rújiào)[citation needed]
