Halo 3[edit]

To the best of my knowledge Halo 3 cannot be used to create levels and share them with others. Also there is not argumentation for that in the article. Official vs modding[edit]

Is this category intended to apply only to video games that the developers released with an official toolset / level editor or any video game where modders have created new content?
