Category:User block templates vs Category:User indefinitely blocked templates[edit]

Should all user block-related templates be placed in Category:User block templates, or only those which aren't in Category:User indefinitely blocked templates? Category:User indefinitely blocked templates is the only subcategory at the moment. —⁠andrybak (talk) 14:41, 3 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
