Scope of category[edit]

According to the "lead", this category is supposed to be of wider scope. It says, "This category lists the important highways, roads and bridges of the Greater Savannah area, which roughly consists of Bryan, Chatham, Effingham and Liberty counties in the state of Georgia, as well as Beaufort and Jasper counties in the state of South Carolina." However, it only includes highways in Savannah itself. If it truly is supposed to be expanded, then the title should be changed to "Category:Roads in the Savannah metropolitan area" or something similar.
