Untitled[edit]

The list of English physiologists - at any rate by contrast with the list of German physiologists - is a bit thin and omits Hodgkin and Huxley as well as Joseph Barcroft even though all have entries on Wikipedia elsewhere and could be cross referenced. I would expect the current president of the International Union of Physiological Sciences to be able to verify a comprehensive list of the most important physiologists for all countries on application.
