User:SchmuckyTheCat has, using his and Huaiwei's terminology, "reignited an old trouble" by modifying how the categories are structured [1]. He cited the CfD discussion as his rationale, but the real side of the fact is that, the CfD discussion did not address how things should be restructured. I.e., that category shall remain mainland China-specific as it has been, despite the name change. Even worse, he has created category:newspapers of Shanghai [2], effectively trying to put forward his point of view that special administrative regions can be dealt with in the same manner as municipalities. Revert, 4 Apr 2006[edit]

As with Category:Hong Kong newspapers Instantnood has decided again to re-ignite this tired old edit war out of the blue. It was last put to a halt by Enochlau, and I have reverted to Enochlau's version. SchmuckyTheCat 17:33, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please refer to my response at category talk:Hong Kong newspapers. Instantnood 21:39, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In between Enochlau and 'Noods reversion, a new user inserted some information on Macau Post Daily. This was the wrong place for that content and I spun it out into a new article, then expanded that single sentence into a skeleton of a real article. it's still stubby, 'Nood, go add to that instead of wasting your energy on revert wars. Thanks for starting the article. I don't know much about this newspaper, nor can I proof its notability. Its website can't even be reached. — Instantnood 21:39, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
