Category blanking[edit]

Someone emptied the category and placed all of its comments in Category:Universities and colleges affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The new category should be a subcategory of this category. Not all things "Mormon" are necessarily of the LDS Church. Southern Virginia University is "Mormon" but has not affiliation with the LDS Church. Significantly, Graceland College is affiliated with the Community of Christ. Since "Latter Day Saint" is a better term than "Mormon" when non-LDS Church organizations are involved, I'll nominate this for a name change to "Latter Day Saint universities and colleges". As I said the LDS Church-specific category can work as a subcategory. Good Ol’factory (talk) 21:40, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
