Individuals?[edit]

Is it acceptable to include individuals in this category or should it only contain articles about the controversies themselves? I ask because I saw that Lia Thomas was added, which seemed wrong to me, but then I saw that we already have a couple of other articles about individuals here, including a BLP, so maybe it is OK? My preference would be to exclude all individuals, and certainly all BLPs, from categories like this but I am unsure of the official line. Can anybody clarify? I'm going to boldly remove the individuals. If anybody disagrees then please say. DanielRigal (talk) 12:58, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm also asking about it here if anybody wants to say anything: Wikipedia_talk:Categorization_of_people#Categorisation_of_people_as_"controversies". DanielRigal (talk) 14:08, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
