Category talk:Incomplete music lists

I don't quite understand the intention here. Is this list of lists an incomplete list, or is it intended to be a list of lists which are themselves incomplete, and in either case, what is the point of stating that they're incomplete (doesn't it go without saying that all such lists are, or at least are likely to be, incomplete)? -- Doom (talk) 21:45, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is a maintenance category. It lists any page that has been tagged with the {{inc-musong}} template. For some lists, it is possible to achieve completion, such as for the discography of a particular artist. For some others there may never be a complete list, and for those you could challenge the use of the template on that particular page. --RL0919 (talk) 02:32, 25 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
