Proposal to Increase Category Rating Importance of "Former non-metropolitan districts of North Yorkshire" to Mid Importance[edit]

This is a large reconstruction of government in the area and benefits/affects many millions of people going forward in time, as such I suggest we increase this article's importance to "Mid-Importance" to reflect this.
