What is the point of this category?[edit]
@XTheBedrockX: could you please elaborate on what this category is for and why it should exist on Wikipedia? It seems more like it warrants an actual article, if it is a real phemomenon that has received substantial coverage by RS's.
It appears there is presently a subsection in Democratic backsliding by country that is specifically about Mexico. You could perhaps work on expanding that, or roll out that section into an article in its own right (Democratic backsliding in Mexico), à la Democratic backsliding in the United States.
